An agreement was reached long time ago regarding Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s participation in the Eastern Economic Forum. Dmitry Peskov, the Russian presidential press secretary, told TASS about this within the framework of this forum.

Asked whether Azerbaijan was invited to the Eastern Economic Forum, Peskov said: "No. An agreement was reached with the Armenian side a long time ago that Mr. Pashinyan would come to the forum, especially considering that our Armenian colleagues have not been in these parts."

Peskov added that those who arrived with negotiation groups were literally delighted with what they saw.

Eastern Economic Forum is an international forum held each year in Vladivostok, Russia, for the purpose of encouraging foreign investment in the Russian Far East.
