Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan made a post on Facebook, referring to Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan's statement today that he made an offer to Ruben Vardanyan to become Artsakh's State Minister.

Artak Beglaryan's post is presented below.

"Dear Compatriots!

In continuation of President Arayik Harutyunyan's recent statement regarding the proposal to appoint Ruben Vardanyan as State Minister, I would like to make several points.

1. I believe in this situation it is a very required and wise decision, and I unconditionally support the President's decision-proposal.

2. A world-class strategic manager like Ruben Vardanyan and a man of high values is a great opportunity for any state, especially for the Republic of Artsakh, which is in deep crisis. Therefore, his decision to move to Artsakh is the best chance to effectively realize his potential and realize his mission, the best mechanism for which, in my opinion, is to hold the position of State Minister with wide powers.

3. I have to mention that Mr. Vardanyan and I share many of the same views on Artsakh's present and future and our approaches towards the solution of the problems, which is why I also believe that he can bring about considerable progress both in internal and external directions.

4. And I will have the opportunity to elaborate on the assessments of my previous activities and what to do in the future. I continue and will continue to serve my homeland with all my potential, values and principles, and in every position and circumstance I remain an ordinary soldier for the sake of Armenian statehood and national rise."
