North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said he does not intend to negotiate with the United States and the Republic of Korea, which he called enemies, Korean Central Telegraph Agency reported on Monday.

The leader of the people's republic pointed out that constant, deliberate and irresponsible steps to escalate tensions by the United States and the South Korean regime will only cause Pyongyang to react more strongly. According to him, the North Korean authorities are closely monitoring the situation.

The Korean Central Telegraph Agency reported on October 10 that seven rounds of tactical nuclear force exercises took place from September 25 to October 9. Kim Jong-Un attended them personally and gave instructions.
