Turkish military operations in northern Syria and Iraq are "only the beginning," and Ankara is determined to protect its borders, President Tayyip Erdogan said.
"Our operations that have begun are only the beginning of measures to secure our borders," he said at a meeting of the ruling party.
According to Erdogan, Turkey has the right to "take care of itself."
