The Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Azerbaijan has disseminated the second absolutely false statement during the day. Accordingly, it is alleged that between 11:30am and 4:20pm on Sunday, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army units opened fire on the Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied territories of Artsakh's Martuni, Askeran, and Martakert regions This statement is another disinformation by Azerbaijan MOD, the Artsakh defense ministry press service reported.
