Toivo Klaar, the European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, announced that he was heading for the Armenian capital Yerevan.

“Good morning! Trying out the direct Vienna-Yerevan flight today. Looking forward to substantive meetings in the afternoon,” the EU official tweeted Thursday morning, and posted a respective photo taken on the plane.
