CIS leaders will be able to talk in a bilateral format during the summit in St. Petersburg as well, Russian President Dmitry Peskov's press secretary told reporters, RIA Novosti reported.
"Bilateral contacts, of course, will take place on the margins. Most of the summit will take place in an informal setting," he said.
