Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)] President Arayik Harutyunyan will visit the AR [(Artsakh Republic)] parliament today. Among other issues, the agenda of the regular session includes the report presented by the president on the progress, results of the Artsakh president's 2022 program of activities and the 2023 program of activities.

We learned from our AR sources that the [Artsakh parliamentary] opposition is in a combative mood; they will demand clarifications from the AR president regarding the crisis created in Artsakh and the possibilities of their solution.

Let's remind that the Azerbaijanis have been banning the transportation of humanitarian goods to Artsakh for almost two weeks now. And the authorities of Artsakh, particularly the president, have not issued a call or a message to the people of Artsakh to clarify what awaits them.

According to some assessments, Harutyunyan is facing a difficult choice. Armenia demands from him either to start a direct dialogue in the Baku-Stepanakert format, or to come to terms with the fact that the people of Artsakh should be evacuated from their homeland.
