The final sitting of the 7th session of the 7th convocation Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly (NA) was convened Thursday.

The first item on the agenda was the report on the progress and results of the Artsakh president's 2022 activity program and the 2023 activity program.

President Arayik Harutyunyan answered many questions of the MPs—and which were related to the aforesaid program, the situation in Artsakh, the provocations of Azerbaijan, and the negotiation process.

Answering the question on Artsakh's self-determination, the president said: "The chance to exercise our right to self-determination is what keeps us here."

He emphasized that many deprivations are still awaiting Artsakh, but if there is a common goal, all forces shall unite around that goal.

Harutyunyan spoke also about the phenomena causing a divide Artsakh, considering the spread of panic unacceptable.

"The fight against such phenomena will be intensified, those who create a climate of mistrust will be punished," he said.

The President reflected also on the plans to overcome the difficulties of the ongoing Azerbaijani blockade of Artsakh, and assessed the work of the government to overcome the resultant crisis as satisfactory.
