Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday received Iranian Ambassador Abbas Badakhshan Zohouri, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in Armenia, the PM's office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

First, the premier thanked the ambassador for his effective activities and for contributing to the consistent development of Armenian-Iranian relations. Pashinyan noted that the years of Ambassador Zohouri's tenure in Armenia were difficult for the country, but despite that, the collaboration between the two countries has consistently developed in various domains.

Ambassador Zohouri, in turn, also thanked the Armenian PM and the government for their active cooperation, and expressed confidence that the Armenian-Iranian collaboration will continue to develop and strengthen in the future as well.
