Eduard Galstyan, deputy director of the Center for Student Affairs at Yerevan State University, also received a notice of dismissal two days later.
He wrote:
"The beautiful story is over. I would have said that if I was used to crawling around and considering my university activities solely as a job. And I would have said that back in 2019. But being a university student has always been a mission for me and remains one.
About an hour ago, I received a notice to quit my job after two days. You may ask why. Don't be naive. The reason, of course, is my political and civic views.
In any case, the employees of the structure, which organized the army in Artsakh, created the Leonid Azgaldyan Fighting Club in YSU, the Gevorg Arshakyan School of Knowledge and implemented thousands of nationwide programs, will naturally not give up.
And the mediocrities, who are lurking in a dark corner and forced to sign the order, with which they do not agree, have taken upon themselves a heavy moral, legal and human burden, which they will not be able to cope with".
Khachik Abajyan, deputy director of the YSU Student Activities Center, also announced the dismissal.
"Just a few minutes ago I was informed that I will be dismissed from the position of Deputy Director of the YSU Student Affairs Center starting July 11 (in 2 days).
According to the information I have, this is just the beginning, unprecedented events will happen at YSU in the near future," he wrote.
