Armenia’s Ministry of Nature Protection published a project of gold mine exploitation in Amulsar.

According to licenses, the area of the mine is 79.8 hectares. The reserves of the Tigranes site total to 52.6 tons of gold and 210 tons of silver.

The annual economic damage caused by the exploitation of the mine is estimated to be only AMD 3.2 million ($8.3 thousand).
