The CIS Council of the Heads of States will gather on October 25 to discuss issues of combating crime in the Commonwealth, the deepening of economic relations and preparation for the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the Victory Day, Russian presidential aide said.

During the summit, the heads of states will discuss a number of documents on security issues and cooperation on law enforcement. An agreement on forming an inter-state council on fight against corruption will be discussed.

Yuri Ushakov said the leaders will focus on new sphere of partnership, namely combating crimes committed through the use of information technologies.

The leaders will also discuss declaring 2014 the Year of Tourism in the CIS in order to raise attractiveness of the region and expand flow of tourists.

The heads of all CIS states, except for Turkmenistan that will be represented by vice premier, will arrive in Minsk.
