YEREVAN. – Armenia will be present at the “most serious” level at the European Union (EU) Eastern Partnership Summit, in the Lithuanian capital city Vilnius, which will begin its activities on November 28.  

Deputy Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan noted the above-said during a briefing with news reporters.

“The form and the content go hand in hand. The content is of top priority for us; and this will be expressed in the document. [But] it will not be the last document; the partnership will continue,” Mnatsakanyan added.

The deputy FM, however, did not say precisely what document he was talking about. 

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said they were more delicate when preparing the Armenia-EU Association Agreement, as the arrangements with other parties were taken into more account.
