YEREVAN. – The Constitutional Court of Armenia will consider petition filed by four non-coalition parliamentary factions on March 28, 2014.
The parliamentary factions are trying to appeal the provision of a law on cumulative pension system.
The plaintiff’s motion on the suppression of the application of law prior to court’s judgment will be discussed until January 25, the Constitutional Court press service told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
One of the defendants is the National Assembly. The Constitutional Court found it necessary to invite the representatives of the Cabinet and the Central Bank to give explanations on matters within their authority.
