Although Azerbaijan sets itself to take Karabakh peace process out of Minsk Group OSCE format, the issue will be under OSCE’s control for quite a while, said Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs Gagik Minasyan.

According to him, Azerbaijan grasps at straws realizing that Karabakh conflict settlement is not of its benefit. “In this respect Azerbaijan-Turkey conflict is of interest as well. Essentially, Turkey and Azerbaijan have a lot in common, but each of them has its own interests, while state ones are more crucial,” Minasyan stated.
