STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) President, Bako Sahakyan, on Monday signed a decree, according to which Irina Avanesyan is appointed member of the NKR State Board on Statistics, and for a six-year term.

Pursuant to another presidential decree, the third class rank of state justice counselor was conferred on NKR Attorney General Artur Mosiyan, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

On the same day, Sahakyan also signed a decree appointing Vahe Balayan as member of the NKR Control Chamber Board, and with a term in office until January 11, 2017.
