YEREVAN. – The American national currency (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 477.62/$1 in Armenia on Tuesday; this is down by AMD 0.45 from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 528.73 (down by AMD 1.69), that of one British pound was AMD 749.29 (up by AMD 1.45), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 7.28 (down by AMD 0.02), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 239.01, AMD 17,187.84 and AMD 15,324.19, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Tuesday.
