YEREVAN. – Solution to the Cypus dispute, as we know, has been stalled, Russian political scientist Alexander Skakov told Armenian News - NEWS.am in response to a remark that an attempt to resolve the Cyprus dispute is cited as an example of possible settlement in Karabakh.

“Ok, but is the Cyprus issue resolved? The peace process, as we know, has been stalled. The only thing that can be taken from the positive experience of Cyprus is that there is no shooting, and there are communications between both parts of the island. However, the prospect of the long-term decision is not foreseeable yet,” the expert recalled.
