Police found a hand-made explosive device in Brussels, Belgium, near the premises of the Turkish Embassy. The device has been neutralized, reports Ria Novosti, referring to Derniere Heure.
As the source reports, a resident detected a suspicious object near the building and called the police. The security services have completed their work at the scene at about 16.30. No one is yet arrested.
