French President François Hollande stated the aforesaid in his congratulatory message to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of the latter’s birthday.
“I present for your attention the fact that France, and I personally, have an obligation to find a sustainable solution to the Karabakh conflict, [and] by way of negotiations,” reads the message.
