There arrived the first American convoy to Poland made up of infantry fighting vehicles and trucks. Over a thousand American soldiers arrived in Wroclaw, Poznan and other cities. They will serve in Poland and other countries in the region within the frameworks of Operation Atlantic Resolve, which aims to reflect Russia's aggressive actions, reports the Polish Radio.

The authorities will hold official welcoming ceremonies for the American military in all Polish cities. The Prime Minister Beata Maria Szydło and Minister of Defense Antoni Macierewicz will participate in the major celebrations to be held in Żagań.

About 4.5 thousand US soldiers will be serving in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria , and Hungary. The rotation of American troops will be carried out every nine months.
