Emperor Akihito of Japan has endorsed the new cabinet of ministers, whereupon the Japanese government is officially considered to be formed, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has made radical changes in the makeup of the new government. As a result, solely five of the former eighteen cabinet members have retained their posts.
To note, however, only six of the thirteen new ministers previously did not head any ministries.
