State Department has approved sales of modern weapons, including F 16 fighters and anti-tank missiles to Bahrain, the Voice of America reported.
Last year Congress blocked a deal over fears of human rights violations in Bahrain.
In May President Trump met with the King of Bahrain and said relations between the states have to be improved.
