North Korea launched on Tuesday two supposedly short-range ballistic missiles at sea, Fox News reported.

The country opposed the continuation of the US and North Korean military drills amid stalled nuclear diplomacy.

The fourth round of North Korea missile launches occurred less than two weeks after the deadlock in which the US and North Korea found themselves on nuclear talks, even though the North Korean new military capabilities could strike Seoul and US military bases located there, the source noted.

Nevertheless, US President Donald Trump did not attach much importance to the possible threat from North Korea in connection with missile launches, however, experts believe that these launches are aimed at putting pressure on Washington, forcing him to resume talks.
