Constitutional Court (CC) Judge Vahe Grigoryan has issued a statement with respect to the recent article on Armenia, and which the BBC News Russian has published. 

“The material published below (placed in comments) is misinformation,” Grigoryan wrote on Facebook. “Neither before assuming the office of CC judge nor especially after that have I transmitted any information, document, or other material to any media outlet or its representative, or to any other person outside the scope of the law, in connection with, or regarding, the article (...) published by the BBC Russian service on 07/08/2019.

“I have never had any contact or affiliation—mediated or direct—with the author of the noted material of the BBC. We do not have and have not had at all any contact with each other.”
