Ex-president of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev surrendered to power structures Thursday evening. On Wednesday evening, the country’s special services barged into Atambayev’s house in Koy-Tash village and applied special measures against the ex-president’s supporters, who opened fire. The special services failed to arrest the ex-president.
