YEREVAN. – The exterior lighting of the main streets and buildings of Yerevan will be turned off on Saturday, from 8:30pm to 9:30pm, as part of Earth Hour, a global environmental action to combat climate change. The municipality of the Armenian capital informs about this.
"The events in Armenia are held on the initiative of the Armenia branch of the World Wildlife Fund. All those who wish can also join the initiative," the respective statement also reads.
