A total of U.S. $261.7m were transferred for individuals in Armenia by means of the Armenian banking system this Jan.- March – almost as much as in the corresponding period last year.

Individual transfers from Armenia by means of the Armenian banking system totaled U.S. $138.6m – a 5.4% increase as compared with the same period last year.

The favorable balance in the transfers effected by means of the banking system totaled U.S. $123.1m against U.S. $130.3m in the corresponding period last year (a 5.5% decrease).
