A monument to the founder of the Republic of Turkey Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was erected opposite the Turkish Embassy in Baku, Day Az reports.
The monument is still covered with a white veil. The opening ceremony is scheduled for May 16. According to unofficial data, Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans to participate in the opening ceremony.
