May 22, NKR President Bako Sahakyan received American and Dutch representatives of the Public International Law and Policy Group who arrived in Artsakh as observers to the parliamentary elections, Information Department of the NKR president’s office informed NEWS.am.

The President stressed participation of observers from U.S. and the Netherlands in NKR elections, stating it is one of the manifestations of beneficial cooperation in democracy development.

Bako Sahakyan noted that participation of foreign observers shod not be politicized and arrival of U.S. and Dutch observers once again proves that this approach is unacceptable for the civilized world.
