Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited three Armenian POWs and five members of the Armenian family kept in Azerbaijani captivity.

They monitored the housing conditions and physical state of the captives, spokesperson ICRC representation in Azerbaijan Shahla Gahramanova told APA news agency.

The ICRC employees handed over four “Red Cross” letters and received five letters from them to send to their families.

Presently three Armenian POWs and five members of the Armenian family are kept in Azerbaijani captivity, while one Azerbaijani POW remains in Armenia.
