YEREVAN. – Nig-Aparan Armenian patriotic union held its fifth congress at sport-concert complex after Karen Demirchyan on Saturday.
The congress elected Armenian oligarch, ruling Republican party MP Samvel Alexanyan as head of the Union.
The Union has two honorary presidents: Armenia’s Attorney General Aghvan Hovsepyan and the owner of Tigran Mets publication house Vrezh Markosyan.
