The formula that Azerbaijan supplies gas to Russia and Moscow puts pressure on Armenia in order to surrender Nagorno Karabakh to Azerbaijan sounds absolutely unreal, stated Vladimir Socor, US political analyst to 1news.az.

He mentioned: “Russia has political interests that dominate over commercial ones and does not posses leverages to force Armenia to return five-six occupied regions to Azerbaijan. Karabakh issue settlement does not depend on bilateral relations between the negotiators”.

“It is naïve to consider that the deal between the parties will compel other participants to sign underneath too”, Socor added.
