YEREVAN. – Armenia’s National Assembly (NA) is implementing a grant program entitled “Formulation of National Assembly’s Policy and Strengthening of the Capabilities of Dialogue with the Public.” Back in April 2011, the Government had approved the makeup of this program’s Governing Board, which included NA Staff members.     

But personnel changes were recently made at NA, and as a result the Governing Board practically does not function. So, the Government decided to make some changes in the makeup of this board. Specifically, NA Deputy Chief of Staff Gagik Mkheyan will replace former Chief of Staff Gegham Gharibjanyan as chairman of this board.
