STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on Tuesday to award chief expert on sport affairs at Stepanakert city hall Eduard Arushanyan. He was awarded a title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Nagorno-Karabakh for his contribution to the development of physical culture and sports.

The same day the President signed a decree on changing the staff of the State Commission on Coordination of Housing Programs signed by the order of the President on March 18, 2008, presidential press service informs.
