STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President Bako Sahakyan on Monday received Colonel General Mikayel Harutyunyan, Chief Military Inspector of the President of Armenia.
Military development, and military cooperation between the two Armenian states in this domain were discussed at the meeting, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan also attended the talk.
