Azerbaijan, as always, showed its face.

The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, told the above-said to reporters on Friday, and during the Unity 2014 operational and tactical joint military exercises of the Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Armed Forces.

Ohanyan stated this while commenting on the Armenian helicopter, which was shot at on Wednesday at the Karabakh-Azerbaijan neutral zone.

“The only difficulty with these military exercises was the helicopter that was shot. The Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh leadership had announced about the military drills. And Azerbaijan’s actions showed its face because they have flagrantly violated all existing norms.    

“An unfortunate incident happened to us, they [, Azerbaijan,] have committed impudent acts, and our response will be a bit incommensurate,” the minister said, in particular.

In his words, however, this incident has in no way affected the operations of the ongoing maneuvers.   

The Unity 2014 military exercises had kicked off on November 6 and they will wrap up on Saturday.
