Co-rapporteurs for the monitoring of Azerbaijan by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Stefan Schennach and Cezar Florin Preda, will pay a visit to Azerbaijan from January 12 to 14.

In the framework of the visit, they will meet with, with the Azerbaijani President, the Parliament Speaker, the Ministers of Justice and Internal Affairs, the Head of the Presidential Administration, the President of the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor General, the Chairperson of the Bar Association as well as members of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, APA reports, citing the press-service of PACE.

Apart from this, the co-rapporteurs are due to meet with the representatives of civil society and extra-parliamentary political parties.
