Casimir III the Great, who reigned as the King of Poland, had granted internal sovereignty to the Armenians of Poland, exactly 650 years ago.

Polish Armenians assembled at King Casimir III’s tomb in Kraków, to honor his memory, reported the Polish 3rd Channel TV.

Armenians laid flowers at the graves of Kings Casimir the Great, and Władysław II Jagiełło.

Casimir the Great had tied the destiny of Armenians and Poles.

According to the report, the Armenians, in turn, had helped establish diplomatic and trade relations with eastern countries.
