Today, on February 16, Vardevan Grigoryan, a candidate nominated in Shirak electoral region, told reporters that no one can tarnish the reputation of Tsarukyan block, when asked whether the former ruling party member, the former Mayor of Gyumri Vardan Ghukasyan reduced the ranking of their block.
"You need to ask people about our rating. My viewpoint is that any Armenian citizen at least 25 has the right to participate in the parliamentary elections. Thus, Vardan Ghukasyan also has that right. No one can tarnish the reputation of Tsarukyan block," said Grigoryan.
