STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Tuesday received members of the Armenian delegation, led by National Assembly of Armenia Vice President Eduard Sharmazanov, which had arrived in Artsakh to carry out observation mission during Monday’s constitutional referendum.

Sahakyan expressed gratitude to the observers from Armenia, and stressed that Armenian political, scientific research, public, and information domain representatives have been conducting observation missions during all elections in Artsakh and highlighting their impartial and professional stance, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Cooperation between the two Armenian states, the state-building process in the NKR, its domestic and foreign policies, and regional trends also were touched upon during the talk.
