The Defense Minister and Defense Army Commander of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Levon Mnatsakanyan, on Saturday chaired a meeting of the NKR Military Council.
At the event, reports were delivered and discussions were held within the framework of the improvement of the makeup and the administration system of the Artsakh defense army, and the existing challenges and ways of improving.
