April 29 was the last day of applications for monitoring or making changes in the lists of observers. The Central Election Commission accredited 17 local NGOs and 5 thousand 138 observers. 

April 29, 2017 was also the deadline for submitting applications for accreditation of mass media representatives in CEC. The CEC has accredited 436 representatives from 32 media outlets for the implementation of local media coverage of the election
