STEPANAKERT. – A 20-year-old Karabakh army soldier was fatally wounded on Saturday morning in ceasefire violation by Azerbaijani side.

Following yesterday’s ceasefire violations, Azerbaijani side once again resorted to provocation on Saturday morning, Karabakh Defense Army said in a statement. Narek Gasparyan (born in 1997) was fatally wounded.

The Karabakh army said “the response to the actions of the adversary who is excited by untargeted statements of the international agencies will be inadequate and targeted”. 

On Friday Karabakh army reported that three soldiers were killed as Azerbaijan fired from grenade launcher.
