YEREVAN. – During telephonic conversations with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian presented the situation after the Azerbaijani provocation on Tuesday evening.
Tigran Balayan, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, has informed the aforementioned.
On Tuesday evening, the Azerbaijani forces, which are located nearby Alkhanlu village, opened fire on positions of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR) Defense Army. A 52-year-old Azerbaijani woman and a 2-year-old girl died in the ensuing exchange of fire, and Azerbaijan publicized the photos of these victims.
