YEREVAN. - Let the opposition give a bad mark to itself instead of the authorities, head of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Vahram Baghdasaryan stated at the parliamentary debate on the 2016 State Budget performance report on Thursday.

Earlier, representative of the opposition Yelk (Way Out) Bloc Edmon Marukyan stated that the report deserves an old Soviet system bad mark, since it responds to no pressing issue of the society.

To this Baghdasaryan responded that the bad mark should be given to those who judge what they almost cannot make head or tail of. The economists start interpreting the law and, conversely, the lawyers interpret economics (i.e. Marukyan), he said.

“But there are also professionals among our opposition colleagues, who make balanced judgments on what they are competent in,” Baghdasaryan stressed.
