STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to award posthumously serviceman of NKR Defense Army's N division Hayk Khachatryan with the "For Service in Battle" medal for bravery shown during the defense of the NKR state border, President’s press service reported.
Hayk Khachatryan, 19, was fatally wounded in a Karabakh Defense Army military unit located in the northern direction of the line of contact on Friday morning.
