If a person is actively working he cannot but have achievements or neglects, Vardan Ayvazyan, chairman of the NA standing committee on economic affairs, told NEWS.am, summing up 2010 results.
He found difficult to point out concrete achievements or neglects of 2010. “Economy is like a person, it is developing regularly, as a child. Can a three-year old child become 15 in two days? Economy cannot as well,” he noted, adding that if favorable conditions are created economy will develop automatically.
