The Minister of Defense and Defense Army Commander of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic/NKR), Levon Mnatsakanyan, on Saturday convened a service consultation. The event brought together deputy commanders of the army, heads of the departments and services of the staff of the armed forces, and commanders of the corps and military units.

The discussants conferred on army processes, regarding which those in attendance were given instructions and recommendations by Mnatsakanyan.
